ELOVL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOVL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,082 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOVL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEMO1, CDCP1, and GIPC1. Each is linked with ELOVL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL1-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELOVL1 versus MEMO1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOVL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOVL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
