ELOVL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOVL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,187 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOVL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, APBB1, and TUB. Each is linked with ELOVL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL1-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELOVL1 versus ATM in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOVL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOVL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
