ELOVL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOVL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 551 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOVL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTRNA2-2P, RNA5SP26, and RNA5SP167. Each is linked with ELOVL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL1-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VTRNA2-2P grouped by ELOVL1-low versus ELOVL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOVL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOVL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
