The most reproducible ELOVL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epithelial cell development, Regulation of angiogenesis, and Skeletal myofibril assembly. Each is linked with ELOVL1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOVL1-to-partner and partner-to-ELOVL1 results are reported.
