ELOF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FFAR2, FCGR3B, and CXCR1. Each is linked with ELOF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOF1-to-partner and partner-to-ELOF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELOF1 versus FFAR2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
