ELOCP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOCP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF558, ATPAF1, and GPR158. Each is linked with ELOCP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP7-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF558 grouped by ELOCP7-low versus ELOCP7-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
