Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELOCP29 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELOCP29 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher ELOCP29 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELOCP29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LAML show a favorable association.

CHOL, THCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where ELOCP29 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
