Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,326 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELOCP21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM26, ZNF638, and PHF14. Each is linked with ELOCP21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP21-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
