ELOCP14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 136 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOCP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB8P7, SPECC1L, and MAN2A1. Each is linked with ELOCP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP14-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
