ELOCP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOCP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHB4, FAH, and MYEF2. Each is linked with ELOCP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP12-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB4 grouped by ELOCP12-low versus ELOCP12-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
