Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELOA3BP RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELOA3BP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ELOA3BP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELOA3BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, CHOL, and OV are the cancer types where ELOA3BP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
