ELOA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and PDCD4. Each is linked with ELOA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOA2-to-partner and partner-to-ELOA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
