Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ELN data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ELN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ELN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
