ELN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,844 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP186, APOOP1, and MYO5BP1. Each is linked with ELN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELN-to-partner and partner-to-ELN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP186 grouped by ELN-low versus ELN-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
