ELN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, IGFBP2, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with ELN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELN-to-partner and partner-to-ELN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ELN-low versus ELN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
