Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,815 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen. Each is linked with ELN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELN-to-partner and partner-to-ELN results are reported.
