ELMOD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMOD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 755 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMOD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD11B, TUBBP11, and RPL7P29. Each is linked with ELMOD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD3-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD11B grouped by ELMOD3-low versus ELMOD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMOD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMOD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
