Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELMO1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ELMO1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ELMO1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELMO1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.

THYM, KIRP, and BLCA are the cancer types where ELMO1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
