ELMO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,386 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ENTPD1, RCSD1, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with ELMO1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMO1-to-partner and partner-to-ELMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELMO1 versus ENTPD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
