Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,141 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, GRAP2, and NCF4. Each is linked with ELMO1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMO1-to-partner and partner-to-ELMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELMO1 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
