ELMO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, eIF4E, and PCNA. Each is linked with ELMO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMO1-to-partner and partner-to-ELMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by ELMO1-low versus ELMO1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
