ELL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS4Y2, TIMM22, and EIF4A1P9. Each is linked with ELL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELL3-to-partner and partner-to-ELL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS4Y2 grouped by ELL3-low versus ELL3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
