ELL2P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELL2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,419 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELL2P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X3P, LINC02760, and GNA13P1. Each is linked with ELL2P4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELL2P4-to-partner and partner-to-ELL2P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELL2P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELL2P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
