ELK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 345 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H18, COQ2, and CSNK2A2. Each is linked with ELK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELK4-to-partner and partner-to-ELK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H18 grouped by ELK4-low versus ELK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
