ELK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,898 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF11L12, MIR6885, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with ELK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELK1-to-partner and partner-to-ELK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF11L12 grouped by ELK1-low versus ELK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
