ELFN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELFN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,954 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELFN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC1A4, ABR, and ARHGAP29_S949. Each is linked with ELFN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELFN2-to-partner and partner-to-ELFN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELFN2 versus SLC1A4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
