ELFN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELFN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELFN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC34, LARP1B, and RWDD4P2. Each is linked with ELFN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELFN2-to-partner and partner-to-ELFN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC34 grouped by ELFN2-low versus ELFN2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
