ELF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,165 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS1, FRK, and TJP3_S203. Each is linked with ELF3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF3-to-partner and partner-to-ELF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELF3 versus PLS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
