ELF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR8, SMCP, and DNAI2. Each is linked with ELF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF3-to-partner and partner-to-ELF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TLR8 grouped by ELF3-low versus ELF3-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
