ELAVL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAVL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAVL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, FoxM1, and S6. Each is linked with ELAVL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAVL4-to-partner and partner-to-ELAVL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad4 grouped by ELAVL4-low versus ELAVL4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAVL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAVL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
