ELAVL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELAVL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,076 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAVL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNKSR2, ZDBF2, and KIAA1614. Each is linked with ELAVL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAVL2-to-partner and partner-to-ELAVL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELAVL2 versus CNKSR2 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAVL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAVL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
