ELAVL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELAVL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAVL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRND, OLIG3, and GPR139. Each is linked with ELAVL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAVL2-to-partner and partner-to-ELAVL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHRND grouped by ELAVL2-low versus ELAVL2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAVL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAVL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
