Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAVL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,574 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELAVL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1IP1, MORC2, and ZNF74. Each is linked with ELAVL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAVL1-to-partner and partner-to-ELAVL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELAVL1 versus CCNB1IP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAVL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAVL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
