Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAVL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,404 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELAVL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF3, DDX17, and DDX23. Each is linked with ELAVL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAVL1-to-partner and partner-to-ELAVL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELAVL1 versus CPSF3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAVL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAVL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
