Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELAVL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,902 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAVL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with ELAVL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAVL1-to-partner and partner-to-ELAVL1 results are reported.
