ELAPOR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAPOR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,733 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAPOR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPD1, TFRC, and VPS37B. Each is linked with ELAPOR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAPOR2-to-partner and partner-to-ELAPOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELAPOR2 versus GPD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAPOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAPOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
