ELAPOR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAPOR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,738 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAPOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1B, NXPH3, and FHL5. Each is linked with ELAPOR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAPOR2-to-partner and partner-to-ELAPOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELAPOR2 versus ADH1B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAPOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAPOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
