ELAPOR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAPOR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,988 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAPOR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, SGSM3, and ATP1B1. Each is linked with ELAPOR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-ELAPOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELAPOR1 versus SERPINH1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAPOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAPOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
