ELAPOR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAPOR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,649 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAPOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, SYBU, and GJB3. Each is linked with ELAPOR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-ELAPOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELAPOR1 versus ARFGEF3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAPOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAPOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
