ELAC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,316 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, NDUFB6, and NKD2. Each is linked with ELAC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAC2-to-partner and partner-to-ELAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by ELAC2-low versus ELAC2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
