ELAC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Lck. Each is linked with ELAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAC1-to-partner and partner-to-ELAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by ELAC1-low versus ELAC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
