EIF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3K-p85, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with EIF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF6-to-partner and partner-to-EIF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PI3K-p85 grouped by EIF6-low versus EIF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
