EIF5B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with EIF5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5B-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by EIF5B-low versus EIF5B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
