EIF5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,873 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2G1, TSR1, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with EIF5A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF5A versus UBE2G1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
