EIF5A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,125 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCR1, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with EIF5A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF5A versus FCGR3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
