EIF5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 709 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-24P, RNU6-345P, and DNM1P50. Each is linked with EIF5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-24P grouped by EIF5A-low versus EIF5A-high in ESCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
