EIF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,056 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, UBR7, and CEP170B. Each is linked with EIF5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF5 versus PPP4R3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
