EIF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP2D, FEZF2, and OR13C5. Each is linked with EIF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2D grouped by EIF5-low versus EIF5-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
