Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4HP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,125 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4HP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Protein deubiquitination involved in ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of translational initiation by eIF2 alpha phosphorylation. Each is linked with EIF4HP1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4HP1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4HP1 results are reported.
