EIF4G2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4G2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,839 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4G2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MD, CYCSP48, and ZNHIT1P1. Each is linked with EIF4G2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4G2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4G2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MD grouped by EIF4G2-low versus EIF4G2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4G2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4G2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
